For the ultimate in relaxation, The Nest has a private wood-fired hot tub for you to soak in and unwind under the stars and rocking chairs on the decking for watching the colours of the valley change before you.

The Nest has a fully equipped kitchen with artisan crockery, shower room with flushing toilet, underfloor heating throughout and a log burning stove for toasting your feet at the end of the day.

Each room has been carefully designed to encourage relaxation and highlight the breathtaking views of the valley and woodland that surround you.

Wake to the sound of birdsong, sip coffee on the deck as deer pass through the trees, and end the day in your own private spa-like sanctuary. This is a place to truly unwind — no traffic, no schedules, just the calm rhythm of the countryside.

The Nest has been designed to encourage guests to kick back and do very little but for those looking to explore beyond the farm, civilisation and adventure are not far away.

Down Farm is a 15 minute drive from the stunning Exmoor National Park or 50 minutes from the stunning North Devon coast.  The charming villages of Bampton and Dulverton with independent shops for exploring and cafes and pubs for indulging are a 10 minute and 20 minute drive away.
